LOVE

Today I learned something really interesting that I have never learnt before. Why is it interesting? Everyone seems to know the definition of love, but they really don't know what exactly is? After social phychologist Judith Castle's explaination, I found out relationship is really important. If we know, understand, and treat it well we going to have a good relationship, good life, and happiness. In some cases that we had bad relationship, we have to accept it so next time we can suvive. Do not stop ourself because of those bad experinces. We will find love from one of those (Friendship, Lover, Family, and Yourself).
After i knew about this, I realized that be myself is the most important. I have to know myself before I start to know someone els. I need to find what I really want and what is my goal.

HAPPINESS ( I love this word)

I looked in to the mirror to day to find out which Faces Scale I look like? :> I think it was not too bad. The second Faces Scale may express how I feel about my whole life. As I showed in my blog that I love to travel and I have been so many places. This dream encourrage me to do alot of things which are related to my future. We need to seek or do something that make us happy in our life, do not wait them to find us.
However, my Faces Scale may come down to the fifth recently because my stomach doesn't give me a break, it's bother me very much :[ . I'd like to tell everyone that health is the most important, it can interup our studies if we sick. We are all far from home, we need to take care ourselves. Am I right?

THE NO.1 LADIES' DETECTIVE AGENCY

Since I came to Montreal, I have read a few novels in English. In my opinion "The No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency" was the most interesting. It really touched me because the cases described in this book remind me of the cases that happened in my country. For example, Precious Ramotswe, despite her own personal losses, she still managed to run the most successful detective agency in the city. This case reminded me of a person that I know in my country, who after losing her husband kept raising her kids by herself even she stuggled with many problems. She succeeded raising her kids and became a manager of helping widow in fives provinces of my country. In addition the solutions that Precious Ramotswe used are work with the problems that happen in our society and they are good for us to know about them.

I'd recommend this book to everyone. It is a great book, the author "Alexader McCall Smith" uses a simple language, but quite interesting ideas, all emotion showed in this book.

Second Language Learning

There are so many reasons that some people learn a second language more easily than other. It depends on their personalities, they may bone with their intelligences. The similarity to their language also help them to learn easier, for example, France student can understand some words in English even he or she has never learn them before.Moreover, environment also lead them learn easier. Students who live serrounded by people who speak only their second langauge, they might learn easier because they have to speak up and communicate, so they have more chances to practice and learn from them. Good school, good teacher make students feel more comfortable so anxiety can’t stop them from their learning process.

However, people who don’t bone with intelligence, or bone in a country which doesn’t have similar language, these are not mean that they are having a hard time to study second language. Learning second language is challenging. Motivation is the most important thing that keep them going.

CELPHONE RESTRICTIONS

Quebec announced a forbidden on hand-held cellphone for drivers, the cell phone ban impose fines of as much as $100, plus three demerit points. So people started to think about hands-free technology.However, the studies show hand-free phones are just as dangerouse as hand-held ones.The more u talk on your cell phone while driving, the higher risk of having an accident. Cell phones are much more worse than other distraction, such as changing radio station, inserting a CD, smoking or eating. Such actions are not likely being on the phone where you are interacting with someone, thinking about the conversation, about how to respond to what the other person is saying.

However, some drivers think using hands-free is not forbidden and it is safer. This idea may spread very fast and we have more people talking on the phone while driviing, more people will be more risk. According to Gagnon, CAA-Quebec's director of government relations said " If the Government wanted to impose a ban, it should have prohiteted hands-free phones as well.

Fobbiden drivers from using cellphone while driving can reduce drivers' response times by causing them to miss visual and audio clues that could help avoid crashes, state by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administation.
